Authentication & Google Sign-In

When you do, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password. Your authentication session is managed by Firebase, and we use authentication tokens to keep you signed in.

Email & SMS Communications

We send the following types of messages via email and/or SMS:

  • Transactional — Appointment confirmations, service updates, reminders, and follow-ups. Sent with your consent to at least one communication method (SMS or email).
  • Account Security (2FA) — One-time verification codes sent via SMS to confirm your identity during sign-in or sensitive account actions. These messages are essential for account security and are not marketing.
  • Marketing & Promotions — Service specials, seasonal promotions, and maintenance recommendations. Sent only with your separate opt-in consent. You may opt out at any time without affecting your account or transactional messages.

Emails are sent through SendGrid and text messages are sent through Twilio, both operated by Twilio Inc. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by updating your preferences in your account dashboard, replying STOP to any text message, or by contacting us directly. Message and data rates may apply for SMS.

Our website uses cookies and local storage primarily for Firebase authentication tokens (managed by Google LLC), which keep you signed in during your session. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
